Privacy for interest registration

Data we collect

First and last name, email address, optional phone number, availability, optional work area and delivery experience, language preference and confirmation of age and driving licence status.

Purpose

We use this data only to record your non-binding interest in possible future delivery work and discuss a possible next step. Registration is not a job offer or guarantee of hours.

Retention

Without separate retention consent, we delete the data no later than four weeks after the recruitment process ends. If you separately consent, we keep the data for up to one year from registration so we can contact you about suitable delivery routes and next steps. You may withdraw that consent at any time.

Change of controller

If a new company wants to take over the registration later, you will first receive information about that company. Your data will not be transferred without a suitable legal basis and clear information.

Access and security

Only the founders and people who actually review candidates receive access. Data is encrypted in transit and stored in a protected database. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can contact info@fairdriven.nl to request access, correction or deletion. You may also object or complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
